Now the investigative authorities have officially notified the girls and lawyers of the initiation of a criminal case under Article 117 ("Torture"), part 3 of Article 132 ("Violent acts of a sexual nature") and Article 133 ("Compulsion to act of a sexual nature") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Today, all the girls were officially acquainted with the decision to initiate a criminal case. They are recognized as victims,
Parshin said.
