Tommy Lee accused of sexual assault
Mötley Crüe drummer and Pamela Anderson's ex-husband, Tommy Lee, has been accused of sexual assault that allegedly occurred in February 2003. TMZ reports this.
The woman, whose name has not been released, filed a lawsuit against the musician. She claims Tommy sexually assaulted her on a helicopter flight from San Diego to Los Angeles 20 years ago.
According to the woman, she was friends with the pilot, who invited her on a mini-trip. Already near the helicopter, the woman saw Tommy Lee waiting to board and learned that he would also fly. It is not reported whether she knew the rocker before.
According to the indictment, after the helicopter took off, Tommy and the pilot began drinking alcohol and using drugs. At some point, Lee grabbed the alleged victim and forced him onto his lap. He touched her and kissed her against her consent, although she tried to escape. He then penetrated her with his fingers and also took off his pants and tried to press her head against his crotch. The woman did not stop resisting, and, in the end, the musician let her go.
After landing in Los Angeles, Lee hugged the victim goodbye and left, while the pilot escorted her back to San Diego. The flight took place in silence. The woman noted that she did not contact the police in a timely manner for fear that no one would believe her. Tommy Lee himself has not yet commented on the charges.
Recall that Tommy Lee was married to Pamela Anderson from 1995 to 1998. They were one of the brightest couples in Hollywood at that time, who subsequently acquired cult status thanks to a major scandal - a home sex video filmed by the spouses was spread throughout the world. The love story of the star couple formed the basis of the TV series “Pam and Tommy” starring Lily James and Sebastian Stan.
