Model Emily Ratajkowski appeared on the cover of British Glamor and spoke about how her attitude towards feminism has changed. The 32-year-old model posed in a black leather bra and an open white dress.

In an interview with the publication, the model spoke about how her attitude towards feminism and women’s ability to make choices has changed. She remembered the famous music video Blurred Lines, in which she starred and which brought her fame, and noted that now it looks completely different from what she thought then. "Yes, it was fun and gave me strength, there were such moments too, yes. But there were also moments on set where it was very clear who was really in charge,” she said. She appeared topless in this video, and then, at the age of 20, it seemed to her that the decision to undress was “empowering.” Now she realized that this decision was problematic - because every woman who came to success thanks to her appearance actually owes it to these men, whose desire gave them such opportunities.

Ratajkowski also spoke out about criticism of her book that has led many to view her as a "bad feminist": Ratajkowski said they don't separate her from what she says, and argue that what she says in the book is often at odds with by her actions. This also applies to the model’s explicit posts on social networks. "This is a collection of stories about my experiences. But they could not separate me as a person and even referred to recent posts on Instagram *, criticizing my book."

Ratajkowski also commented on her excessive, in the opinion of many network users, frankness: at this stage of her life, she wants to talk about herself. "For some reason I want people to know what is going on in my personal life. I just want to be clear." This, Ratajkowski believes, can be used against her amid the fight for custody of her son Sylvester with her ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard. "In a custody battle, if you're a single mom and you're dating someone, it doesn't look good."

In the interview, she also mentioned Botox, which she does to preserve her beauty, but at the same time notes that she knows when to stop. "My face still moves, which I'm very proud of."

Previously, Emily was accused of fatphobia and stated that she, against the backdrop of the release of her book “My Body,” on Instagram* promotes unhealthy body image. In particular, she was criticized after a photo in which the model posed in huge jeans.
