Elena Blinovskaya's mother's pension account was seized due to her daughter's debt
A Moscow court has seized the pension account of Nina Ostanina, the mother of the creator of the “marathon of desires” Elena Blinovskaya. This was reported by the Mash telegram channel.
According to the telegram channel, the arrest was made because of Blinovskaya’s debt to the Federal Tax Service in the amount of 1.4 billion rubles. The court assessed the 168 thousand rubles accumulated by Nina Ostanina as money earned by criminal means.
Nina Ostanina worked as an accountant all her life and, upon retirement, began to receive a monthly payment of 13 thousand rubles. However, the woman put them off because her husband was involved in the family business. The court also seized the apartment where the four children of the marathon queen’s brother and his ex-wife are registered.
In addition, Blinovskaya’s lawyer told Mash that in the near future the Internet guru will most likely file for bankruptcy “due to the fact that the amount of debt is growing by 500k rubles every day, and there is no way to pay it, because accounts and assets are blocked "
Let us remind you that on January 22, Elena Blinovskaya was taken to pre-trial detention center No. 6 “Pechatniki”, although initially she was given house arrest in a case of tax evasion. The investigation requested a change in the conditions of the pre-trial detention center after Blinovskaya threw a party with the participation of 15 guests, among whom was a witness in her case. According to the prosecution, the influencer communicated with this person, despite the court ban.
If the court finds Blinovskaya guilty, she faces up to 16 years in prison.
