It's fair to say that the last few weeks have been rather "medical". I thought I'd come to the air ambulance reception to take my mind off it all," William said. In his speech, he also thanked actor Tom Cruise, who was also present at the event.

Meanwhile, royal experts continue to analyze whether there is hope for reconciliation between Prince Harry and his family amid news about the king's health. "The whole situation changed with the news of cancer.
