The cause of death of Thomas Kingston, Lady Gabriella's husband, has been revealed.
The inquest into the death of 45-year-old Thomas Kingston, Lady Gabriella's husband, found that the British financier died from a gunshot wound to the head. According to The Telegraph, Kingston committed suicide at his parents' Cotswolds home last Sunday and police found a gun next to his body. Gloucestershire senior coroner Katie Skerrett said Kingston had lunch with his parents before his father took the dogs for a walk. Upon his return, Kingston was not in the house.
On February 27, Lady Gabriella Kingston, Martin and Jill Kingston, Joanna Connolly and Emma Murray released a statement about the death of Thomas Kingston and called him "an exceptional man who illuminated the lives of all who knew him." A Buckingham Palace spokesman said the King and Queen had been informed of the incident and were sending their condolences.

They separated in 2011 but remained close friends over the years. Kingston and Lady Gabriella attended Pippa's wedding to James Matthews in May 2017.
Lady Gabriella and Thomas Kingston were last seen together in public on Valentine's Day at an event dedicated to the works of William Shakespeare.
