"He took one look and immediately knew he needed a biopsy. He did it right away," she said.
“The good news is that we detected basal cell carcinoma early. And I had wonderful doctors who removed the cancer and stitched up the scar as perfectly as Dior couture,” she noted, and called for be sure to be checked to detect the disease at an early stage. Brinkley noted that she will now use SPF 30 every time she leaves the house, and will also wear a wide-brimmed hat and long sleeves.
Brinkley previously spoke in an interview about her attitude to age-related changes. According to her, she used to try Botox, but now she tries to age as naturally as possible. "I'm willing to accept certain wrinkles - that's how I approach aging. Sometimes when people get older and try too hard to stay youthful, they can look waxy and preserved. But I want my face to show a little bit of my life." - Brinkley admitted and added that in her care she focused on looking as good as possible, while aging naturally.
