Two people were injured in a devastating fire at Cara Delevingne's home

A major fire occurred in Cara Delevingne's home in the Studio City area of ​​Los Angeles, Page Six reports.

According to the publication, the fire occurred in the backyard of the house in the middle of the night, after which the fire engulfed one of the rooms and spread to the attic. Soon all the neighbors could see how Kara’s two-story mansion, measuring about 618 square meters and worth $7 million, was burning. As a result of the fire, the roof of the house collapsed.

Emergency services arrived on the scene quickly, but it took two hours to extinguish the flames, and in the process one of the 94 firefighters involved was injured - he was hospitalized and is currently in satisfactory condition. One of the home's occupants also suffered minor smoke inhalation.

The owner of the mansion herself was not at home at the time of the incident - Kara is now in London, where she is participating in a theatrical production. Having learned about the fire, the model published a photo of her two cats in her story, accompanied by the caption: “My heart is broken today. I can not believe this. Life can change in the blink of an eye. Appreciate what you have.” Fans of the star decided that her pets had died, but it soon became clear that this was not the case. A couple of hours later, Kara posted a new photo of cats and wrote: “They are alive! Thanks to the firefighters!” The model also expressed gratitude to everyone who helped put out the fire.

The cause of the fire has not yet been established for certain, but the possibility of arson is not being considered. Cara's parents, Pandora and Charles Delevingne, told reporters that there was some kind of electrical problem. According to Pandora, her daughter is in despair because of what happened, because “her whole life” was in that mansion.
