50 cent's ex-girlfriend accused the rapper of rape and being a bad father to their son
The ex-girlfriend of rapper 50 Cent (real name Curtis Jackson - Ed.) Daphne Joy accused him of rape, and also of being an “absent father” to their common son. She wrote about this on Instagram*.
"Curtis James Jackson. Everything is a joke to you until our safety is threatened, which is what is happening now. You are causing real chaos and madness in people's lives. How would you feel if Sire was in handcuffs ?" - she wrote. "We moved to New York to give you the opportunity to be a father to your son, and you saw him 10 times in the two years that we lived one mile away from you. I was tired of maintaining and protecting your image in the eyes of your son, whom you "You didn't even deserve it. You forever destroyed my last hope that as a father you could save our family."
Daphne also claimed that the rapper raped her. "Let's focus on your true villainous actions: rape and physical abuse of me."
The rapper commented on these accusations. “The latest false and unfounded accusations from Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son,” his rep said in a statement posted on behalf of 50 Cent.
On Instagram* he also stated that Daphne moved closer to him in the hope of having another child with him.
Joy was previously named in a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against P Diddy, where she is named as a "sex worker" whom the rapper paid a monthly fee for sexual services. Daphne commented on this and called it "personality assassination." In turn, Curtis Jackson was very angry about this: according to insiders, this is what prompted him to take up the issue of sole custody of his son.
Daphne Joy and Curtis Jackson dated from 2011 to 2012 and have an 11-year-old son, Sire.
