Megan Fox urges women to 'not waste energy on men' amid broken engagement to Colson Baker
Actress Megan Fox, in an interview with EOnline, amid problems in her relationship with her lover Colson Baker, urged women “not to waste energy on men,” since all they want is to leave the woman exhausted.
"I don't know if I'm the right person to give advice. But my advice is, 'Just learn something or pursue a hobby and don't waste your energy on boys,'" Megan Fox, 37, said.
"All they want to do is wear you down. Just move on. Invest in yourself," she added. Later, she wrote about it again on her Instagram*, captioning it “Life advice from a relationship expert.”
A month ago, Megan revealed that she and Colson Baker, 33, had broken off their engagement but were still together. According to the insider, they no longer live together, but are working on their relationship. Megan Fox now lives in Malibu, and Colson Baker remains at their mansion in Encino. "They did this to give each other some space and still stay together. They are going through a difficult moment right now, but everything is changing every day," the insider said.
They started talking about problems in the couple's relationship a year ago: Colson Baker was even suspected of cheating on his lover, but Megan herself denied this. Others believe Baker's drug problem led to the crisis. After that, they visited a psychologist for a long time to save their relationship.
Megan Fox and Colson Baker met on the set of the film Midnight in the Grain Field in 2020. At that time, Megan was in the process of divorcing her husband Brian Austin Green and was resolving issues of custody of three children. In January 2021, Fox and Baker announced their engagement and planned to have a gothic wedding.
