Princess Charlene and Prince Albert II came out with their children
Prince Albert II of Monaco and Princess Charlene, along with nine-year-old twins Jacques and Gabriella, attended the opening of the World of Monaco exhibition in Hamburg. The arrival of the monarchs coincides with the addition of Monaco to the list of countries that will appear in the Miniature Wonderland museum, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Germany.
For the outing, 46-year-old Charlene chose a cream-colored coat and a black scarf, complementing the look with diamond earrings. 66-year-old Albert II, son of Grace Kelly, wore a classic suit and tie. The couple's children also posed for photographers in clothes of neutral shades and behaved modestly, as befits the heirs to the throne.
In recent months, the couple rarely appeared in public with their children. And despite rumors of problems in their marriage, they were seen in full force at an event in Monte Carlo in January and at a Christmas tree party late last year.
Rumors about problems in the relationship between Charlene and Albert, who have been married since 2011, have been circulating for several years: the princess allegedly often looks sad in photographs with her husband, and has also spent a lot of time away from her family. The Prince of Monaco himself denies these rumors.
Last year, it also became known about a high-profile corruption scandal involving Albert II, which he was rumored to have tried to hush up.
