Sharon Stone published a rare archival photo of her adopted children
Sharon Stone showed a rare photo of her adopted children on her Instagram* on the occasion of the birthday of the eldest of them: Roen turned 24 years old.
In total, the 65-year-old actress has three adopted sons - Sean, Laird and Quinn, whom she rarely shows to the public.
Sharon adopted Rohan in 2000 while she was married to Phil Bronstein; they divorced in 2004 after six years of marriage, when Rohan was four years old. She adopted Laird in 2005 and Quinn in 2006.
The actress has no biological children, and in one interview Stone admitted that she had experienced nine miscarriages. The actress spoke about this publicly many years later, and noted that women have to cope with this problem alone with this loss. "It's not a small thing, physically or emotionally. But we are forced to endure it alone, in secret and with some sense of failure, instead of receiving the much-needed compassion, empathy and healing that we so desperately need. Women's Health and well-being, left to the care of male ideology, have become weak and cruelly oppressed,” she said.
Rohan decided to follow in the footsteps of his adoptive mother: Sharon Stone recently said that her son was pursuing an acting career and shared a photo of him from the set.
