Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have finally put their Beverly Hills home up for sale, which they purchased last year 10 months after their wedding in Las Vegas. Then the purchase cost them more than $60 million.

However, the final transaction will still be unprofitable for them, taking into account the brokerage commission, the new tax on extremely expensive real estate and the money that was invested in repairs. Losses will amount to several million dollars.

It is also reported that Jennifer is already looking for a new mansion, while Ben is currently renting a house for $100,000 a month near his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

Rumors that the couple plans to put their mansion up for sale appeared back in May.
