A pregnant blogger from St. Petersburg was criticized by passers-by because of her exposed belly

Blogger and designer from St. Petersburg Ekaterina Zhukova, who is now expecting a child, faced condemnation from passers-by because of her appearance: some people did not like the fact that she, a pregnant woman, had an open belly.

Ekaterina said on Instagram* that during her walk, strangers approached her several times and expressed dissatisfaction with her image with her stomach exposed. According to the girl, her appearance was called “indecent.” In the video that the designer posted on social media to talk about the situation, one of the passers-by can be heard saying the phrase: “Have mercy on the child. Well, you really opened him up.”

Zhukova does not agree with the condemnation from strangers of pregnant women who prefer not to hide their bellies. “I suggest you stop adapting to the society of evil women with their complexes and start breathing deeply. This summer I’m showing off my beautiful belly, wearing mini lengths with red lipstick and transparent skirts! I don’t want to be 70 years old and remember how I spent my whole life pleasing others.” , wrote Ekaterina.

In the comments, many supported the expectant mother, but there were also those who wrote that the pregnant belly disgusted them. One of the users (presumably a man) noted in the comments that Ekaterina is probably from the category of mothers who would breastfeed her child “in the middle of a shopping center.” To which she replied that after the birth of a child, a woman is not obliged to “lock herself” at home, not go anywhere and feed him only in a public toilet, for fear of causing condemnation from others. She also said that on a plane she would rather sit next to a capricious baby than with a “drunk, smelly man.”
