A new park will appear in Moscow - in the Sky Garden residential complex in the Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo district, 15 minutes from the Tushinskaya metro station.
This is a green area that is so lacking in large city residents: there are bodies of water nearby, plenty of space for walks and other activities. For example, there is a place to calmly ride a bicycle or scooter without the risk of running into any pedestrians. Of course, there is a bicycle parking area on the territory.
Beautiful views included: the residential development site runs along the Skhodnya River embankment, 200 meters from the Skhodnya River Bank Park. The embankment will be developed and will become a new point of attraction for city residents: they plan to place recreation areas here, where you can take a walk and spend time with a company with an excellent view of the river. The descents to the water will be equipped with wooden stairs and paths, and an eco-trail will also be located on the embankment.
You can have a great rest not only in the green area, but also in the courtyard, divided into zones: there will be a children's play area, a sports ground with exercise machines and a recreation area, where there will be a dry fountain and a pond. Right in the courtyard you can walk with children, work out on exercise machines and relax with a cup of coffee, without going far from home.
The yard will be free of cars and equipped with CCTV cameras. And most importantly, there is a lot of free space: the area of the yard exceeds three hectares.
