Meghan Markle unveiled new products from her brand on the day Kate Middleton made her first public appearance in a long time
Meghan Markle has once again come under fire online. The thing is that yesterday, while the Trooping the Colour parade was taking place in the UK to mark the monarch's official birthday, the Duchess of Sussex presented new products from her lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard.
More precisely, it was Argentine polo player and close friend of Prince Harry Nacho Figueras who did it. First, he posted a photo of a jar of the new American Riviera Orchard raspberry-flavored jam on his social media, and then he posted a photo of his dog next to a similar jar, inside which you can see pit-shaped cookies. Apparently, Markle’s company, registered as a brand of cookbooks, home clothing, kitchen textiles and food products, will soon release a line of dog food.
Many people thought it was no coincidence that a teaser for Meghan's new products appeared online just when Kate Middleton, who had disappeared from the radar for several months, finally appeared in public. Let us remind you that the Duchess was diagnosed with cancer, so she temporarily stopped performing royal duties. Her sudden disappearance gave rise to many conspiracy theories, so when she eventually showed up at the parade, the event attracted a lot of public attention. Now Meghan Markle is accused of being tactless and trying to pull the blanket over herself. But perhaps such an unusual timing for the release of new products is just a coincidence.
