Rare Outing: Angelina Jolie With Son Knox in Los Angeles
While Brad Pitt was officially introducing his beloved Ines De Ramon to the public at the Formula 1 races in the UK, his ex-wife Angelina Jolie and their youngest son were spotted shopping in Los Angeles.
The 49-year-old actress and Knox, who turns 16 in a few days, visited a pet store in the upscale Los Feliz area and were photographed by paparazzi in the parking lot while loading their groceries into their car. Angelina wore a black pantsuit and heels, while Vivienne's twin brother opted for a more comfortable shopping look - a grey T-shirt, shorts and sneakers.
Jolie and Pitt's youngest son Knox, who was born in 2008 in Nice with his sister Vivienne, appears in public less often than the couple's other children, leading a more private life. Last month, his twin sister Vivienne attended the Tony Awards in New York, where she, her mother and the team received four statuettes for their work on the musical "The Outsiders."
Jolie's 85-year-old father, actor Jon Voight, was touched by his granddaughter's success and gave a rare comment to TMZ: "I'm very proud of Vivienne. I'm very proud of Angie because she really tries to encourage each of the kids to be whoever they want to be."
Let us recall that Angelina Jolie and her 60-year-old ex-husband Brad Pitt have three adopted children: 22-year-old Maddox, 20-year-old Pax and 19-year-old Zahara, and three biological children: 18-year-old Shiloh and 15-year-olds Vivienne and Knox. Years after their separation in 2016, Jolie and Pitt continued to resolve issues of joint custody of the children in court until Pitt refused it this spring, retaining visitation rights. It is known that the actor has a tense relationship with both his adopted children and biological children, two of whom have already refused his last name.
