'Cryotherapy': Courteney Cox Fights Aging By Getting Into a Freezer
Friends star Courteney Cox has found a new way to fight aging: she climbed into the refrigerator. The 60-year-old actress shared a video on Instagram* in which she works out, and also climbs into the freezer with a mask on her face and in a swimsuit. "Is this cryotherapy?" the actress joked, climbing out of the refrigerator.
"It was my birthday just now. I hate that number but... look, we don't have a choice. You just have to do the best you can," she wrote.
This is not the first time Cox has demonstrated this method of rejuvenation: in February, she showed how she plunged into ice water. "I feel great for a few hours after that. So no matter how scared you are of it, you know you will feel really good," she said.
Courtney previously admitted that she would have once hated the healthy lifestyle trend, but over the years she has learned to love it.
Previously, the star abused Botox injections and fillers, and later even decided to have plastic surgery. As a result, her appearance changed so much that she was no longer invited to film. "My biggest regret in terms of beauty is fillers. The industry puts so much pressure on you to stay young that once you start, it has a domino effect and you can't stop," she said. According to her, she did not notice that her face was changing much, since she did the injections gradually. In 2017, Courtney removed all the fillers and decided to age naturally.
