Lady Gaga with her fiance and Joaquin Phoenix at the premiere of the new "Joker" in London
The premiere of one of the most anticipated films of the year, "Joker: Madness Between Two," took place in London. The film was presented by the leading actors Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix.
The 38-year-old singer appeared on the red carpet in a custom Celine dress, Tiffany & Co jewelry, and was accompanied by her fiancé, businessman Michael Polanski, to whom she announced her engagement during the Olympics in Paris. Polanski, 46, was also dressed in Celine, and Joaquin Phoenix, 49, who plays the Joker, chose a more informal look for the premiere: a shirt with a tie, a bomber jacket, and sneakers.
"Joker: Madness Between Two" is a sequel to the 2019 film "Joker", for which Joaquin Phoenix won an Oscar. In the new part, Arthur Fleck (Joaquin Phoenix), while undergoing compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital, meets the love of his life - Harley Quinn (Lady Gaga). The actors previously presented the film at the Venice Film Festival. The film will be released worldwide on October 4.
