Channing Tatum posts rare photos of daughter Everly with ex-wife Jenna Dewan
Channing Tatum has posted photos of his 11-year-old daughter Everly with ex-wife Jenna Dewan on Instagram* after it was revealed last week that they had officially finalized their divorce and waived spousal support.
"There are no words to express how proud I am of this little girl," the 44-year-old actor wrote.
Jenna herself, who recently became a mother for the third time, also posted photos of her daughter. "So proud of you!! Love watching you shine so bright."
It is interesting that Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan met on the set of the film "Step Up", which is dedicated to dancing: as Western tabloids note, the girl followed in the footsteps of her parents.
Channing Tatum previously said that he faced difficulties in raising Everly after his divorce from his wife. "When I realized that I was going to have a child, I thought, 'Well, okay, I'm going to be a parent.' As children get older, you start to realize, 'We need to set some boundaries.' Children don't want boundaries, and they want them. When my daughter knows and understands what is and isn't allowed, it's easier for her, the anxiety and stress level of the child is reduced," he said.
Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan announced their divorce in 2018 after nine years of marriage. Tatum is now dating Zoe Kravitz, 35, and they are set to marry. They became close two years ago while working on the film Pussycat Island, which was Kravitz's directorial debut and in which Tatum played the male lead.
