55-year-old Jennifer Aniston stars in fitness brand ad

Jennifer Aniston starred in an advertisement for the fitness brand Pvolve, whose ambassador she has been for several years, and showed how fit she is. For the advertisement, the 55-year-old actress posed in sportswear - leggings and a bra that revealed her flawless abs. In the video from the backstage, you can see Aniston doing various exercises.

Aniston is a fan of a healthy lifestyle and workouts: she does fitness five times a week. Her favorite workouts include strength training, cardio, boxing, and Pilates. But the actress loves the Pvolve method the most: the main principle here is functional movements combined with resistance-based equipment. Jennifer has been doing this program since she injured her back several years ago.

In addition to regular training, Aniston follows 16/8 intermittent fasting, which is the principle that you can only eat for eight hours a day, and not eat during the rest of the time. All this together, Aniston says, bears fruit: the Friends star's weight has not changed for years - with a height of 1.64 cm, the actress weighs 53 kilograms.
