Vladislav Bakalchuk demands that after his divorce from Tatyana Kim, his children live with him

Vladislav Bakalchuk filed a lawsuit in which he demanded that his and Tatyana Kim's (after the divorce, Tatyana returned to her maiden name) seven children live with him. He also noted that he was demanding a fair division of property: 50/50.

"As I have already written, Tatyana and I have never entered into any marriage contracts or property division agreements. We lived peacefully and never thought that what is happening now could ever happen. In the counterclaim, I ask to determine the place of residence of the minor children with me and to divide the jointly acquired property 50/50 - as provided by law. In the latest version of the claim, Tatyana asks to determine her share in the jointly acquired property as 6/7, and mine as 1/7. This does not fit into either the norms of the law or the norms of morality," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

"It is very important to me that the division be carried out fairly with the person with whom I spent 20 years of a wonderful life, in whose marriage seven of our wonderful children were born and one of the best companies in the country - Wildberries," he continued.

He noted that despite our disagreements, Tatyana remains the closest person to him. "Despite our disagreements over the merger, Tatyana remains my close person, to whom I treat with a deep sense of respect and consider it right to divide all our property equally," he added.

The conflict between the former spouses was caused by the merger of Wildberries and Russ. Vladislav Bakalchuk believes that Kim fell under the influence of the owners of Russ, the Mirzoyan brothers, and claims that, although the company was listed in Tatyana's name, he actually managed the business all these years. Earlier, Bakalchuk came to the Wildberries office with security, after which a shooting occurred there, as a result of which two people were killed and seven more were injured.
