Kate Middleton Returns to Exercise After Chemotherapy

Kate Middleton is taking another step towards recovery after being diagnosed with cancer. The Princess of Wales has resumed her exercise routine just two months after completing chemotherapy, Hello! magazine reports.

The wife of the heir to the crown continues to recover from her illness. In early October, Kate appeared in public for the first time. And here is another stage of returning to her previous life. "As far as I understand, Catherine is doing well. She has returned to training in the gym and is doing everything she wanted," Robert Jobson, author of the bestseller "Catherine: Princess of Wales," told the publication.

The expert is sure that the princess will remind the public of herself more and more often. In this light, he has particular hopes for 2025, when the royal couple will have to plan trips abroad. "They will start traveling again. I think they will go on at least one tour next year," Robert explained. "Italy is exactly the kind of trip they could take in two or three days."

At the same time, it is not worth expecting Kate to fully resume her schedule in the near future. According to the biographer, Prince William's wife is currently remaining maximally focused on her own health and children. Recall that the couple is raising 11-year-old Prince George, 10-year-old Princess Charlotte and 7-year-old Prince Louis.

The news that Kate is getting better comes amid another royal drama: earlier this year, it became known that King Charles III himself was suffering from cancer. The court prefers not to talk about his condition and doctors' prognosis. It is only known that the monarch is undergoing therapy and has not retired from business.

In March 2024, it became known that 42-year-old Kate Middleton was diagnosed with cancer. At first, it was reported that Kate had undergone abdominal surgery, and then she herself publicly spoke about the oncological disease. There were rumors that Kate had undergone a hysterectomy (surgery to remove the uterus).

The princess's disappearance from public life has given rise to numerous "conspiracy theories". Conspiracy theories have emerged that Kate is no longer even alive. The photos of the princess that the palace published gave rise to the conversations, as signs of Photoshop were noticed in them. However, already in early September, Middleton announced that she was returning to her duties as a senior member of the royal family.
