Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Recorded a Joint Video for the First Time in a Long Time
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have posted a video on the website of their non-profit foundation, Archewell, marking the first time they have appeared in public together in two months – the last time the couple appeared together was in September.
Meghan, 43, and Harry, 40, recorded a joint video for the first UN Global Ministerial Conference on Violence Against Children. In it, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, dressed in formal suits, spoke about their belief that it is especially important to take care of children's safety in the modern world, where technology is thriving. The couple also spoke about their own contribution to the prosperity of the younger generation.
“At the Archewell Foundation, we work with young people, families and experts around the world to explore how every aspect of a child’s life, from their livelihoods to their physical and mental wellbeing, operates within an online economy that has the power to both shape and distort our connections,” said Megan.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have rarely been seen together lately. It is not known for certain why this is happening: some believe that Harry and Meghan are having problems in their marriage. However, insiders say that this is a deliberate move - the couple simply want to be perceived not only as a couple, but also as individuals. Among other things, this will help them earn more money.
This is not the first time the Dukes of Sussex have spoken about the downside of technology, which can make life easier but also worse. Meghan Markle recently attended an event dedicated to digital well-being and told how she became a victim of cyberbullying.
