P. Diddy Had to See a Therapist After Breakup With Jennifer Lopez
Notorious rapper P. Diddy sought psychological help after ending his relationship with singer Jennifer Lopez, according to Radar Online, which examined an old interview with Diddy for Playboy.
"I went to therapy for the relationships I had, for the tragedies I went through. I think therapy is a good thing," the rapper said in an interview. "I went to therapy for my relationships with Kim Porter and Jennifer Lopez. Therapy helped me get through a lot of things."
P. Diddy was in a relationship with Jennifer Lopez from 1999 to 2001. Earlier, it became known that P. Diddy could have raped a 13-year-old girl because of an argument with Lopez. The witness claims that on September 7, 2000, at a party at the Lotus nightclub in New York after the VMA awards ceremony, P. Diddy and Jennifer Lopez had a big fight. It was after this, according to him, that the crime could have occurred. The singer herself does not give any comments on the scandal. She is currently recovering from her divorce from Ben Affleck. The couple resumed their romance in 2021, 20 years after the broken engagement, and officially registered their marriage in 2022. However, in August 2024, Lopez filed for divorce.
P. Diddy also stated in the interview that he was mistakenly labeled as having bipolar disorder. However, he claims that he suffers from extreme mood swings. He clarified that a large part of his therapy was related to love and relationships.
In the fall of 2024, 55-year-old P. Diddy was arrested and charged with a number of serious crimes: pimping, sexualized violence, solicitation of prostitution, as well as distribution of illegal substances and firearms, and sex trafficking. The scandal erupted after a statement by his ex-wife, singer Cassie Ventura, who accused the rapper of rape and battery. Later, similar lawsuits began to be filed against P. Diddy, including from minors. According to the victims, he allegedly drugged them before committing violence, which took place at his legendary "white parties." Leonardo DiCaprio, Ashton Kutcher, Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Jay-Z and other celebrities attended these events at various times. The Internet is also discussing that Justin Bieber could have become a victim of violence from P. Diddy. In 2009, at the age of 15, the singer spent two days in the company of the rapper, and a video of their time together later appeared on YouTube.
Conspiracy theories about P. Diddy have previously appeared online: many believe that it is not he who is currently in prison, but his double.
