Kate Middleton and Prince William were robbed
Kate Middleton and Prince William were robbed: a pickup truck and a quad bike were stolen from the grounds of Windsor Castle. This was reported by The Sun.
Masked criminals entered Shaw's farm, located in a castle, and stole a pickup truck and a quad bike. They then managed to escape from the crime scene. The incident occurred on November 17.
"They probably had prior knowledge of where the vehicles were stored and had been monitoring the castle grounds for some time before the attack," the insider said.
Representatives of the royal family declined to comment.
At the time of the robbery, the Prince and Princess of Wales were believed to be with their children - George, 11, Charlotte, nine, and Louis, six - at Adelaide Cottage, which is a short drive from the castle.
Windsor Castle has been the subject of threats before. On Christmas Day 2021, an intruder armed with a crossbow entered the grounds with the intention of killing the Queen. Jaswant Singh Chail, 23, was sentenced to nine years in prison for treason.
Kate Middleton and Prince William, 42, the Prince and Princess of Wales, continue to carry out their royal duties while also devoting significant attention to raising their three children. Since 2022, the family has lived in Adelaide Cottage on the grounds of Windsor Castle, which allows them to maintain a balance between public life and privacy. Recently, the couple has focused on their charitable initiatives, including support for mental health and the environment. Kate Middleton has been battling cancer for the past year.
