Vladislav Bakalchuk demands the seizure of his ex-wife Tatyana Kim's share in Wildberries
Vladislav Bakalchuk demanded the seizure of the share of his ex-wife Tatyana Kim, as he is unhappy with what she and her partners, the Mirzoyan brothers, are doing with the Wildberries company.
"While the Mirzoyans talk about new "records", Wildberries' reputation is becoming increasingly dubious. This is one of the reasons why I am asking for interim measures to be taken in the form of arresting Tatyana's share in WB. The reputation of the company that we have been creating and developing for 20 years is important to me," Bakalchuk wrote on his Telegram channel.
Wildberries founders Tatyana Kim and Vladislav Bakalchuk have been getting divorced and dividing the company in court since mid-summer. Bakalchuk claims that his ex-wife is being manipulated and that they want to take the company away. The reason for these statements was the announcement of the merger of Wildberries with the Russ advertising group, owned by Robert Mirzoyan, who is credited with an affair with Kim. For her part, Tatyana claims that Vladislav simply cannot come to terms with the divorce and accuses him of domestic violence. The conflict reached its peak when a shootout occurred in the company's office, which left two people dead. An investigation has been launched against Bakalchuk. The couple lived in marriage for more than 20 years and are raising seven children.
Recently, the 47-year-old entrepreneur has been actively publishing archive photos with Tatyana and discussing problems in the marriage. However, Tatyana is doing everything to forget about her life together with her ex-husband, for example, she changed her last name to her maiden name.
