Singer Lizzo, who was suspected of using Ozempic, has lost almost half her weight
Singer Lizzo, who is known for her body-positive views, has posted new photos on Instagram*, in which she, as noted online, looks almost twice as slim as before.
Netizens appreciated the result, but some thought that Lizzo lost weight too quickly and advised her to stop, and even criticized her: after all, she had previously been a supporter of body positivity. Finally, she was again accused of using the diabetic drug "Ozempic", which has become a fashionable way of losing weight among celebrities recently.
Lizzo, 36, has previously denied the rumors. "When after five months of strength training and a calorie deficit you finally get accused of using Ozempic," she said.
Lately, almost all the stars who managed to lose weight quickly have faced accusations of using "Ozempic". Thus, Christina Aguilera is suspected of this, and before that there were also rumors that Oprah Winfrey lost weight in the same way. She herself denied these rumors, but eventually admitted that she really lost weight with the help of this drug. Not long ago, Kate Moss's sister, Lottie, was hospitalized after an overdose of "Ozempic".
As for Lizzo, she was previously at the center of a high-profile scandal: several of Lizzo's former dancers filed a lawsuit against her in Los Angeles Superior Court, accusing her of creating a hostile work environment, sexual harassment, weight-related bullying, and more. Lizzo herself denies her guilt. She later announced that she had decided to end her career amid the accusations.
