"Treated like dogs." Vladislav Bakalchuk accused the Mirzoyan brothers of forcing Wildberries employees to spend the night in warehouses and sleep on bunks

Vladislav Bakalchuk, in a new post on his Telegram channel, stated that the new management of the merged company Wildberries and Russ, control over which, according to him, his ex-wife Tatyana Kim lost, is forcing Wildberries employees to work at night.

"Workers are treated like dogs. What's going on? In Elektrostal, instead of normal work organization, employees are forced to work every night, while the management, which should solve the problems, simply turns a blind eye to them," he wrote.

"People are literally falling off their feet from fatigue. First they spend hours in traffic jams to get to work, then they wait another hour or two for their turn at the passage in the buffer zone. When they finally get to work, they discover that even the minimum conditions for rest are absent. In order to somehow get some sleep, employees take turns lying down on a bed intended for dogs."

He added that, in his opinion, under such conditions the company will soon "collapse". Is this called competent management? Apparently, in Mirzoyan's understanding - yes. But, looking at what is happening in Elektrostal, only one question arises: how long will a system built on the exhaustion of people stand before it finally collapses?

Earlier, Tatyana Kim, announcing the completion of the restructuring of Wildberries and Russ, called on Wildberries employees not to fall for provocations. "I know that you receive incomprehensible calls, messages, requests to add as friends on social networks. Do not be afraid of anything. I am the guarantor of your safety."

Earlier, Bakalchuk stated that it was Levan Mirzoyan who caused Tatyana to leave him, and not his brother Robert, with whom she was initially suspected of having an affair. According to Bakalchuk, Mirzoyan manipulated 49-year-old Tatyana and put pressure on her so that she could use her to "break up Wildberries and withdraw all the money from the company," and she became "a pawn in his game." Tatyana responded by stating that in fact, it was not Levan Mirzoyan who was to blame for everything, but Nicolas Sarkozy, because she dreamed of becoming the first lady of France.
