Princess Charlene of Monaco and her children attended the opening of the Christmas village
The traditional Christmas village was opened in Port Hercule Bay in Monaco. It was visited by 46-year-old Princess Charlene with her children, 9-year-old twins Jacques and Gabriella.
The princess came to the event in a brown leather jacket by Chloe, ankle boots in the same color and wide black trousers. Jacques and Gabriella were dressed in the same style and the same color scheme - lately they often "repeat" their mother's looks. For example, Charlene and Gabriella recently appeared at the opening of the new ecological region Mareterra in almost identical outfits.
Judging by the photos published on the official Instagram* of the Prince's Palace of Monaco, the opening of the village was fun, with rides and dancing. The space was equipped with many attractions, including a Ferris wheel, a slide and Santa's sleigh. There are also 24 shopping chalets and 23 food chalets located within the village perimeter.
Prince Albert II was not present at the event: he and Charlene have rarely appeared together in public lately. Rumors about difficulties in their marriage have been circulating online for many years. The peak of these rumors came in 2021, when Charlene remained in South Africa for a long time due to a serious infection, and later continued treatment in a Swiss clinic. Many suspected that the princess had disappeared from the radar not because of her health, but both Albert II and she herself have repeatedly denied these speculations.
In public, the princely couple continues to maintain the image of a strong couple. Just the other day, Albert II and Princess Charlene shared a family Christmas card.
