Elon Musk Becomes First Person in History to Surpass $400 Billion

Elon Musk has become the first person in history whose net worth has exceeded $400 billion, Bloomberg reports. This happened after he sold his SpaceX shares, which increased Musk's net worth by about $50 billion to $439.2 billion (according to Bloomberg).

According to Forbes, Musk's current net worth is $367.5 billion, making him number one on the list of billionaires.

Despite the fact that in 2022 after Musk bought the social network Twitter, his fortune fell by $200 billion, later his capital grew and began to grow especially actively after Donald Trump's victory in the US presidential election. Musk himself is one of his most active supporters. The founder of Tesla and SpaceX was one of Trump's main sponsors in the last presidential race and remained by his side until the very end at the campaign headquarters on election day.
