A trailer for a new project about Meghan Markle has been released. In it, she bakes cakes and takes care of bees
Meghan Markle, who recently returned to Instagram*, has released a trailer for a new Netflix documentary, With love, Meghan. It's the first major video dedicated solely to the 43-year-old duchess, and comes after she and Prince Harry were criticized for failing to fulfill their multi-million dollar streaming deal.
In the video, Markle, 43, bakes cakes, makes focaccia and serves ice cream to guests, gardens and even dons a beekeeper costume to visit an apiary. The series focuses on Meghan's lifestyle and is likely to promote her lifestyle brand American Rivera Orchard, which she launched last year. Prince Harry appears in the trailer, as does actress Mindy Kaling.
"I've always loved celebrating the mundane and surprising people. It's about connecting with friends, meeting new people, and just learning new things. Love is in the details," Meghan Markle gushes in the trailer.
The film will premiere on January 15.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's five-year contract with Netflix, valued at $80 million, is coming to an end, and the film bosses, according to the press, are not too happy with its performance. Only the series "Harry and Meghan", which was released in December 2022, was recognized as a success. Perhaps "Love, Meghan" is the couple's attempt to rehabilitate themselves for previous failures.
