"I get Botox from a professor. I recommend it to everyone." Tina Kandelaki shared how she maintains her youth at 50.

Tina Kandelaki shared her thoughts on how she maintains her youth on her Instagram*. Last week, Kandelaki turned 50.
"I do home treatments every day—an hour a day, consistently. It's a key part of my routine. I do the bare minimum. No plastic surgery. I don't hide it at all; I get Botox. I recommend it to everyone, but I get it from a professor who specializes in neurology. I don't get Botox from cosmetologists. For me, sun exposure is a key concern. That's why I wear a lot of hats because I'm prone to pigmentation," Tina said.
She also discussed her diet for maintaining a healthy body: "Yes, I have a chef. The menu is designed specifically for me. I don't eat meat; seafood and fish make up the bulk of my protein. I consume at least 90 grams of protein per day. Again, based on my weight." Kandelaki also noted that she is currently working out to gain weight. Her trainer advised her to do this because the TV presenter has lost a lot of weight, water has left her muscles, and her body has become less dense.
Tina Kandelaki previously shared her thoughts on aging. She noted that she still attracts attention and, in her words, looks better than she did at 30. She also emphasized that one must prepare for age in advance and establish discipline. Interestingly, Kandelaki had previously spoken out about plastic surgery, stating that "it's better to have a taut face than a saggy one."
Tina Kandelaki is the director of the TNT television channel. She is married to media manager Vasily Brovko, who is 12 years her junior. They have a one-year-old son. Kandelaki also has an adult son and daughter from her first marriage to businessman Andrei Kondrakhin.
Tina is often criticized for her controversial statements on various topics, especially about relationships with men. For example, she spoke out against maternity leave for women, called on men not to marry women with low intelligence, and stated that women should not accept overly expensive gifts from men.
