Amanda Bynes has addressed rumors that she had an abortion at age 13 from her producer.

Former Hollywood star Amanda Bynes, who left the industry after scandals and a long battle with addiction, has commented on rumors that she became pregnant at age 13 by producer Dan Schneider.

A video recently surfaced online in which Amanda allegedly talks about a sexual encounter with a producer 20 years her senior. In the video, the star claimed she became pregnant at age 13 by controversial producer Dan Schneider and had an abortion. The clip also included a clip from another show, showing the young actress in a bikini with the producer in a bathtub.

Now the actress has said the video was created using neural networks and is completely fake. "I didn't film this video. It's all just a lie for clickbait," 39-year-old Amanda said in an interview with TMZ.

Last year, in the documentary Quiet on the Set, several former Nickelodeon stars alleged that Schneider created a toxic environment and humiliated the cast and crew on his projects. The producer himself denied the allegations but acknowledged that he owed many an apology for his "shameful" past. Nickelodeon terminated its partnership with Schneider in 2018 after reports surfaced that he may have had intimate relationships with underage actors. The producer left with a $7 million settlement.
