Kate Middleton visited the Anna Freud Children's Charity Foundation.

The Princess of Wales visited the Anna Freud Children's Foundation, a charity that conducts evidence-based research and training on mental health issues for children, young people, and families.

Kate Middleton, 43, chose a houndstooth print dress by Emilia Wickstead, Boss heels and a De Mellier bag for the outing.

During her trip, Kate Middleton announced that the Princess Royal Foundation for Early Childhood is launching a new project in partnership with a charity. It will focus on improving the skills of healthcare workers. The Princess of Wales also met with families who work with the foundation, as well as with the organization's executive director, Professor Eamon McCrory.

Kate Middleton previously explained why she went blonde. "My hair used to be brown, but now it's sun-bleached," 43-year-old Middleton told actress Su Pollard backstage at the Royal Variety Performance charity variety show. Many had previously speculated that the Princess of Wales was forced to wear a wig.

As a reminder, Kate Middleton has been married to Prince William, the son of Princess Diana and King Charles III, since 2011. The couple has three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

Last spring, Kate Middleton announced she had been diagnosed with cancer. However, she did not disclose the details of the diagnosis. Prior to this, she had undergone abdominal surgery and subsequently disappeared from the public eye. The Princess of Wales's prolonged absence from public view sparked a wave of rumors and conspiracy theories, including speculation about her death.

In January 2025, Kate announced that she was in remission. However, due to her dramatic weight loss and image makeover, many believed the Princess of Wales had relapsed. Despite the rumors, Kate Middleton continues to appear in public. Prince William himself confirmed that Kate is in remission and that her treatment is "on the right track."
