Amy Schumer is divorcing her husband.

Amy Schumer, 44, is divorcing her husband, Chris Fischer, after seven years of marriage. The American actress announced the news on social media.

Schumer posted a photo with her husband and wrote that they had decided to separate and would remain on good terms for the sake of raising their son.

"Chris and I have made the difficult decision to end our marriage after seven years together. We love each other very much and will continue to focus on raising our son," the star wrote.

In her speech, the comedic actress also mentioned her weight loss (using something similar to Ozempic). "Blah-blah-blah, not because I lost a few kilos and thought I could get him into bed, and not because he's a sexy chef, a Janlmes beard winner, who can still attract the attention of beauties. Friendliness, love, and respect! Family forever," she concluded.

As a reminder, in 2018, I Feel Pretty star Amy Schumer married chef Chris Fischer after three months of dating. In 2019, the couple welcomed a son. The actress became pregnant through IVF and admitted it was a difficult experience for her, one she doesn't plan to repeat. A couple of years ago, the actress, who had previously faced criticism about her appearance, decided to lose weight using an Ozempic analogue. Schumer openly shared that she had also tried Ozempic, but it caused side effects such as nausea.
