Kanye West and his girlfriend, Bianca Censori, were spotted on a date in Los Angeles. The couple watched a movie together at a local cinema.

For her outing, 31-year-old Censori chose a tight, translucent bodysuit over a bra and tights, paired with silver lace-up shoes.

As for 48-year-old West, Western tabloids are writing about his "unhealthy" appearance amid rumors of addiction. "He looked puffy and sluggish during this outing," the Daily Mail reports, citing eyewitnesses. It clarifies that the rapper has allegedly recently begun abusing fast food due to stress, mental health issues, and constant flying, which has led to excess weight and health problems.

In this regard, the internet is discussing the contrast between West's lavish lifestyle and the strict standards he reportedly imposes on his wife's appearance. It was previously reported that West meticulously monitors Censori's diet and workout frequency, encouraging her to adhere to a "strict diet." The rapper is also said to discourage his wife from sunbathing, as well as tattoos and piercings, believing they will make Censori appear "ordinary," while he strives for a distinct aesthetic.

Despite the controversy surrounding this situation, some insiders claim Censori isn't bothered. "Most women wouldn't like this move, thinking their husband is controlling them, but Bianca likes it because she feels like her husband is supporting her and helping her look her best," the insiders said.

Australian designer Bianca Censori met West in late 2020 when he hired her for his Yeezy clothing brand. Two years later, the rapper finalized his divorce from Kim Kardashian, with whom he shares four children, after eight years of marriage. The following month, he secretly married Censori.

Since then, she has become his "muse", often appearing in public in revealing outfits that constantly cause controversy.

West has largely remained out of the public eye in recent months following a backlash over his anti-Semitic remarks and provocative public behavior, which led to his "cancellation" in the music industry and Hollywood as a whole.
