Selena Gomez publicly declared her love for Benny Blanco after he was criticized for his dishonesty.
Selena Gomez, 33, posted a romantic video on Instagram* with her 37-year-old husband, producer Benny Blanco. Online commenters speculated that the singer was showing support for her lover amid his recent scandal.
In the video, Gomez kisses Blanco and smiles defiantly at the camera. "I fall in love with you more and more every day, my love," she captioned the post.
As a reminder, the publication appeared after a wave of negativity directed at Benny. The reason was his new podcast, "Friends Keep Secrets," in which the producer showed off his dirty feet and farted live on air. Following the release of the scandalous video, viewers unleashed a barrage of negative comments on Blanco and began to pity Gomez: "This is disgusting, I don't know how Selena copes with this," "Selena needs to divorce him and find someone better."
Incidentally, the couple's relationship has sparked controversy among Selena's fans from the very beginning. Many believe Blanco's appearance doesn't match the star, and he's also frequently accused of negatively impacting Gomez's lifestyle and health.
Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco began dating in 2023, and they tied the knot in the fall of 2025. Selena previously had a long and complicated relationship with Justin Bieber, after whose breakup she suffered depression. Bieber is now married to model Hailey Bieber, with whom Gomez is constantly pitted online. The couple has a son, Jack.
