Megan Fox, who recently returned to social media after a long hiatus, made her first public appearance. The 39-year-old actress attended the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty.

The Transformers star made a public appearance in a flamboyant all-black outfit: she wore an ultra-short lace-trimmed slip dress and tie-up stockings. Megan completed the look with platform heels, sunglasses, and a sparkling choker.

Fox also shared behind-the-scenes photos on her Instagram*, writing succinctly, "I can do it in many ways."

Internet users agreed that the actress was in her prime. Her post quickly garnered thousands of admiring comments asking for "at least one more chance." However, almost no one doubts that Fox has undergone another breast augmentation. "She certainly looks great, but she doesn't need this surgery," "I don't care if it's implants, I just can't take my eyes off it," "Megan, give me your surgeon's contact information," "I think her breasts are about to explode," people wrote.

Two years ago, Megan admitted to having multiple breast augmentations and lifts. The last time, the actress requested that her breasts be as large as possible for her body type, because, in her own words, she didn't want to resort to surgery again: "I didn't want to wake up from anesthesia and see a B cup; there would be no point. I don't care what's in fashion now: make me breasts like a stripper from the 1990s. I'd rather wake up with the biggest breasts my body can accommodate. That's what I told my doctor, and that's what he did."

Incidentally, Fox also noted at the time that she'd always wanted to enlarge her buttocks. Judging by her latest photos, she's made her dream come true.

As a reminder, a year ago, Megan Fox gave birth to her fourth child, daughter Saga Blade, with singer Colson Baker (Machine Gun Kelly), whom she had dated for several years. The couple split while the actress was pregnant. Rumors recently circulated that the couple had gotten back together for the sake of their daughter.
