Twilight star Taylor Lautner is set to become a father for the first time.

34-year-old Taylor Lautner, known for his role as Jacob in "Twilight," and his wife, Taylor Dome, are expecting their first child. The couple announced the news on Instagram*, posting a series of photos together with an ultrasound image. "What could be better than two Taylor Lautners?" reads the caption.

Lautner and Dome (who later took her husband's last name, ironically becoming his full namesake) began dating in 2018. To the surprise of his fans, the actor's chosen one turned out to be far removed from show business and worked as a regular nurse. From the very beginning of their relationship, the lovers were open about their romance and married in 2021. Before marriage, Lautner had numerous short-lived romances with popular women. At various times, he dated Kristen Stewart, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Marie Avgeropoulos, Billie Lourd, and others.

Taylor Lautner gained worldwide fame for his role as Jacob Black in the Twilight film series, which aired from 2008 to 2012. Lautner also starred alongside Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson. The saga grossed over $3 billion worldwide. After the franchise's conclusion, the actor continued to work in film and television, appearing in a number of projects, including the action films "Running," "Tracers," and the series "Scream Queens."
