A royal family photographer shared how Kate Middleton and Prince William are raising their children. According to Chris Jackson, all three children—12-year-old Prince George, 11-year-old Princess Charlotte, and seven-year-old Prince Louis—understand that they are privileged and growing up in a special family.
"You don't see them very often, but when you do, it's wonderful to watch them grow up. I think they understand that their public appearances are always something special. It's wonderful to see them interacting with each other," Jackson writes in his book, "Modern Greatness: The British Royal Family in a New Age."
Jackson singled out Princess Charlotte in particular, noting that despite her strong physical resemblance to her father, she is a "mini-version of Kate." "She has great poise," Chris Jackson said of the princess.
Last December, 44-year-old Kate Middleton and her daughter, Princess Charlotte, performed a piano duet for the first time at the annual Christmas concert, "Together at Christmas."
As a reminder, Prince William and Kate Middleton married in 2011. The couple are raising three children. The family experienced a difficult period in 2024, when the princess suddenly disappeared from the public eye. Only a few months later, Kate Middleton announced she had been diagnosed with cancer. She underwent treatment for a year and went into remission in January 2025. Rumors occasionally surface online that the disease has returned and that Kate is wearing a wig due to hair loss, but these rumors have not been confirmed.
