An insider has revealed that Reese Witherspoon is dating German financier Oliver Harmann.
Thus, a source close to the actress stated that Reese chose Harmann largely because he is not from Hollywood: “The fact that Oliver is not connected to the film industry was a big plus, because he will never outshine her if they appear together at Hollywood events or meetings,” the Daily Mail quotes him as saying.
According to an insider, the actress chose a partner outside her professional circle because almost everyone in Hollywood knows how difficult it can be to deal with Witherspoon: "Reese is already very difficult to deal with because she always does things her own way.
