The internet is buzzing about Euphoria star Alexa Demie's dramatically changed appearance.

35-year-old actress Alexa Demie, known for her role as Maddie Perez in the series "Euphoria," appeared at the premiere of the third season in Los Angeles with a completely new look and provoked a wave of hate.
Alexa Demie, who appears in "Euphoria" with heavy makeup and straight dark hair, opted for a fresher, more natural look. She attended the premiere in a form-fitting, strapless striped dress (an archival Bob Mackie design), with a light hairstyle and nude makeup. Instead of admiration for her new look, the actress was criticized online for being unhealthily thin and promoting anorexia.
Some online users (for example, on the Telegram channel "Pechenushki&Co") suggested that the actress had resorted to Ozempic. "This 'Ozempic face'... She's become like everyone else," "When you have cheeks, you look young and fresh, but cheekbones create the effect of a shabby aunt," "I'd like to rip off the hands of the surgeon who agreed to this," "Her charm is gone... Kylie Jenner 2.0?"—they wrote under a post with a slimmed-down Alexa. However, there were also those who liked the actress's new look: "I can't tear myself away from the photo," "Everyone has the right to what they like," "Girls can do this even without Ozempic—growing up."
Most also agreed that the actress had her Bish's fat removed. Many claim that even those who lose weight on the infamous "Ozempic" diet don't have the cheekbones Alexa now boasts.
Alexa Demie is far from the only one suspected of taking Ozempic. Recently, rumors of using the weight-loss drug have plagued Western celebrities, including Demi Moore, Margot Robbie, Scarlett Johansson, Melissa McCarthy, Selena Gomez, Lizzo, and Serena Williams (the latter two admitted to taking the drug). Amid the growing popularity of the diabetes drug, it has come to light that it can also increase the risk of osteoporosis and gout.
