Blake Lively has new demands for Justin Baldoni for $40 million for being labeled a "mean girl."

Blake Lively intends to continue her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni. After the court dismissed most of her claims, Lively filed a $40 million lawsuit alleging that Baldoni's team damaged her reputation by portraying her as a "mean girl" online.

TMZ reporters have obtained the final demands actress Blake Lively will make to director and co-star Justin Baldoni for the film "It Ends With Us." Previously, it was reported that Blake is seeking $161 million in compensation for past and future profits, including $49 million in losses from her hair care company, Blakebrownbeauty, and $22 million for her beverage company, Betty Buzz.

Now, another demand has been added to these claims: Lively's team has discovered that since the start of her lawsuit against Baldoni, the actress has been called a "mean girl," "bully," and "insensitive" more than 176 million times online. According to the actress, Baldoni's online smear campaign has cost her over $40 million, which she is now demanding from Baldoni in addition to the previously filed claims.

Apparently, Blake decided to squeeze the most out of her remaining claims after a court dismissed her on-set harassment allegations in early April 2026. Director Justin Baldoni's lawyers have already called the actress's claims "ridiculous."

As a reminder, Lively filed a lawsuit against Justin Baldoni in late 2024, after they played a couple in love in the film "It Ends with Us." The actress then accused the actor of harassment, claiming that Baldoni "held her in his arms" longer than the script called for and inappropriately touched her during rehearsals for sex scenes, creating an "atmosphere of sexual tension."

In response, Baldoni filed a lawsuit against Lively and her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, accusing him of damaging his business reputation and defamation. However, his $400 million claim was dismissed by the court in June 2025. The parties will meet in court on May 18 to hear Lively's lawsuit. With most of the allegations dismissed, only three counts remain in the actress's lawsuit: breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding and abetting retaliation.
