"Now you don't know if you can be monogamous?" Rapper Megan Thee Stallion opens up about her boyfriend's infidelity.

Rapper Megan Thee Stallion (real name Megan Peet) spoke about her boyfriend, 36-year-old basketball player Klay Thompson, cheating on her after announcing their breakup.
"I supported you through your terrible mood swings and put up with your disgusting attitude towards me during basketball season, and now you don't know if you can be monogamous?" Pete wrote on her Instagram*.
Previously, the 31-year-old rapper confirmed to the Daily Mail that she had split from Thompson after a year of dating: "I have made the decision to end my relationship with Clay. Trust, loyalty, and respect are non-negotiable for me in a relationship, and when those values are violated, there is no real way forward. I am using this time alone to listen to myself and move forward with a calm and clear mind."
For Megan's followers, the news of the couple's split came as a complete surprise, as just two months ago, Pete had been showing off a luxurious gift from her beloved—a bright blue Bentley. Furthermore, during their year-long relationship, the couple had already purchased a house together, hinting at the seriousness of their intentions.
A few days after her revelation, Megan announced she was leaving the musical "Moulin Rouge," just a month after its Broadway debut. Later in the performance, Pete broke down in tears during curtain calls. Audience members attributed this emotional reaction to the aftermath of the rapper's breakup.
As a reminder, the rapper had already experienced a difficult breakup before Thompson. In 2020, Megan's boyfriend, rapper Tory Lanez, shot her during a party. The rapper suffered serious injuries and filed a lawsuit, which sentenced Tory to ten years in prison.
