A film starring Mark Eidelstein will be shown at the Cannes Film Festival.

A new film starring actor Mark Eidelstein, "Becoming Capa," will be screened at the Cannes Film Festival, Variety reports.
Director Charlotte Colbert's film has already been acquired for distribution by HanWay Films, which previously helped promote Angelina Jolie's latest film, Couture. In the film, actors Mark Eidelstein and Esther McGregor recreate the love story of renowned World War II photographer Robert Capa and his beloved Gerda Taro.
Gabrielle Stewart, CEO of HanWay Films, told Variety about the film: "With such a wonderful creative team assembled around us and the casting of Mark and Esther, we're expecting a truly powerful film, right now when we need one. We look forward to showing the film at Cannes."
As a reminder, "The Formation of Capa" isn't the first foreign-language film in the filmography of 24-year-old Mark Eidelstein. Two years ago, he starred alongside actor Yura Borisov in "Anora," which won Best Picture at the Oscars.
Interestingly, Mark's career abroad isn't limited to film. He's now actively photographing for global fashion houses and international publications. He recently appeared in a Saint Laurent advertising campaign, shot by 33-year-old artist Nadya Lee Cohen. Eidelstein is romantically involved with her.
