"What happened to her before the red carpet?" The internet is wondering why Amanda Seyfried is crying at the Met Gala.

Fans of 40-year-old actress Amanda Seyfried are concerned about her behavior at the Met Gala: in a video of the actress speaking to reporters, it is clear she is on the verge of tears right on the red carpet.
At the Met Gala, where Amanda attended in a pink Prada dress and Tiffany & Co. jewelry, a reporter managed to ask Amanda how she was feeling about the Met Gala, considering she skipped the Costume Institute Gala last year. Seyfried responded, "I'm looking forward to coming back."
However, in the video of the conversation with the actress, it wasn't her words that most interested netizens, but her face. In these shots, Amanda looks like she's about to cry. Subscribers in the comments to the interview are asking questions: "Why is she crying?", "Why are her eyes so sparkly?", "What happened to her before the red carpet?"
Interestingly, just a few minutes later, when Amanda reached the path, she looked like her usual self. However, netizens noted that even here, Seyfried barely smiled for the photographers.
As a reminder, Amanda Seyfried is an actress known for her roles in "Maid," "Mamma Mia," "Mean Girls," "The Last Will and Testament of Anna Lee," and "Knocked Out." She won a Golden Globe for her role in the latter project in 2023.
In 2016, Seyfried married Thomas Sadoski. The couple has two children: nine-year-old Nina and five-year-old Thomas. The family currently lives on a farm in the Catskills, New York. The actress has previously admitted to suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder.
