Kate Middleton dressed as Audrey Hepburn at a garden party

Kate Middleton and Prince William hosted their traditional garden party in the garden of Buckingham Palace. The couple chaired the event on behalf of the King.
Kate, 44, opted for a light-toned outfit: she wore a fitted jacket and a midi skirt with small polka dots. The look, which many recalled Audrey Hepburn's iconic outfit from the film "My Fair Lady," was completed with a black and white hat, clutch, and nude pumps. Prince William, 43, wore a black tailcoat and top hat, as required by etiquette.
This is the second garden party: the first was hosted by King Charles III and Queen Camilla. This time, Kate and William were joined by the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, as well as Zara Tindall. The event honored emergency services workers, volunteers, and representatives of charities.
The Prince and Princess of Wales recently celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary. Even on such a personal occasion, the couple continued to take part in work trips and visited a charity (but still ended the day with a romantic date at a restaurant).
As a reminder, Kate Middleton and Prince William, who have been married since 2011, have three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. In 2024, the princess announced she had been diagnosed with cancer and disappeared from the public eye, sparking numerous conspiracy theories. After a year of treatment, she went into remission and returned to royal duties. Rumors recently circulated that Middleton's illness had returned, but these were not confirmed.
