Ravshana Kurkova spent time in St. Petersburg with her five-year-old son Gaspar and two-year-old daughter Samira. Kurkova posted photos of their vacation with the children on her Instagram*. Judging by the photos, the family took a stroll through the Summer Garden and visited the Hermitage. In the photos, 45-year-old Ravshana poses in a weather-appropriate jacket and a cap, while her daughter wears a pink vest and light-colored trousers.

Ravshana Kurkova rarely posts about her children on social media and keeps her personal life private. In 2021, it was announced that she had given birth to a son with businessman Sergey Amaryan. They separated shortly after his birth. In 2023, the actress gave birth to a daughter, Samira; her father's identity remains unknown.

Ravshana Kurkova (née Matchanova) was married to photographer Semyon Kurkov. She suffered a miscarriage during this marriage. Kurkova married actor Artyom Tkachenko for four years. After their divorce in 2008, the former spouses remained on friendly terms.
