An "unrecognizable" 72-year-old John Travolta and his daughter attended the film's premiere in Cannes.

John Travolta attended the premiere of his film "Karma" at the Cannes Film Festival. The 72-year-old actor, whose transformed appearance stunned the audience, was joined on the red carpet by his 26-year-old daughter, Ella Bleu.
Travolta posed for photographers in a classic suit with a vest, white shirt, and white tie, accessorizing with a light-colored beret and sunglasses. Ella opted for a high-necked black dress. The internet was surprised by how dramatically "rejuvenated" the actor had become, and speculated that he may have undergone plastic surgery, undergoing a facelift and lower blepharoplasty. Furthermore, many noticed that John had lost at least ten kilograms, which also visually "refreshed" him.
The festival also featured a screening of Travolta's directorial debut, "Propeller: One-Way Red Eye," today. Before the premiere, the actor was surprised by the honorary Palme d'Or for his contribution to cinema. Upon receiving the award, he burst into tears and declared, "This is bigger than an Oscar. I can't believe it. This is the last thing I expected."
Notably, Travolta was personally greeted by Prince Albert II of Monaco after the event. Journalist Denis Kataev* published photos on his Telegram channel, "French Messenger," showing the actor getting into the monarch's car.
Earlier, the premiere of Asghar Farhadi's film "Parallel Stories" took place in Cannes. The event was attended by Vincent Cassel and his girlfriend, Nara Baptista, Isabelle Huppert, Catherine Deneuve, as well as Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse (the couple announced at the festival that they were expecting their first child).
As a reminder, John Travolta had three children with his wife, Kelly Preston, who died of cancer in 2020: daughter Ella Bleu and sons Jett and Benjamin. However, Jett died in 2009 as a result of an epileptic seizure. It was recently revealed that the biological mother of the actor's youngest son is Elvis Preston's granddaughter, Riley Keough.
